When you sign in, we receive your name, email address, and username from Keycloak authentication. This information is used to identify your account and manage access.
When you link a Telegram chat, we store the chat ID to deliver alerts. We do not read or store any messages in your Telegram chat other than the one-time verification code you send during the linking process.
We store the webhook configurations you create, including names and linked chat IDs. All incoming alert payloads from TradingView are logged with their delivery status, source IP address, and timestamps for auditability.
Alert logs are retained as long as the associated webhook exists. When you delete a webhook, all related alert logs are permanently removed.
We do not sell, share, or transfer your personal data to any third parties. Your data is only used to operate the AlertSync service.
All communication is encrypted via HTTPS. Authentication is handled through Keycloak with industry-standard OAuth2 protocols. Database access is restricted to the application only.
