Active across multiple strategies or pairs? Pro gives you 5,000 alerts and faster delivery. Business is for traders or teams who can't be bounded by any limit — unlimited everything.

No. By default, every paid plan is a one-time payment — you pay for one month or one year, and that's it. No UPI mandate, no card-on-file, no automatic renewal. We email you a few days before your plan expires so you can renew on your own terms. If you prefer hands-off renewal, you can opt into auto-renew during checkout — that switches you to a Razorpay Subscription with a UPI/card mandate.

We email you 7 days, 3 days, and 1 day before your plan expires — each email has a one-click renewal link that re-opens checkout with your prior plan pre-selected. If you don't renew, you move to Free at expiration. Your webhooks, alerts, Telegram links, and settings all stay intact — only the plan limits change. You can renew at any time and pick up where you left off.

When you reach your monthly alert limit, new incoming webhooks are rejected with a 429 until the next billing cycle. We email you at 100% so you're not flying blind. Upgrade any time to lift the limit immediately — the new cycle counter resets to zero on the upgrade.

Yes — every paid plan lets a single webhook fan out to multiple Telegram chats or channels at once. One alert fires, and AlertSync delivers it to every destination in parallel. Starter routes to 2 chats per webhook, Pro to 5, and Business to unlimited. Free is capped at 1 chat per webhook — useful for signal providers broadcasting to a public channel plus their own private chat, or running a strategy that posts to both a team room and a backup feed. Importantly, fanning one alert out to 5 chats still counts as 1 alert against your monthly quota — you're not charged multiples for the same signal.

Yes. To upgrade, just pick the new plan from the billing page — the upgrade is immediate. To downgrade, let your current plan expire and subscribe to the lower tier on renewal. If you're on auto-renew, cancel the subscription first; your access continues until the period ends, then you can subscribe again at the lower tier. This avoids double-billing on overlapping cycles.

Yes. Annual billing saves 22–27% vs monthly. Starter is ₹1,399/year (vs ₹1,788 monthly = save ₹389). Pro is ₹3,499/year (vs ₹4,788 monthly = save ₹1,289). Business is ₹5,999/year (vs ₹7,788 monthly = save ₹1,789). The yearly toggle on the cards above shows the effective monthly price.

All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, RuPay) plus UPI for Indian customers. Payments are processed by Razorpay — we never see your card details. By default each payment is one-time. If you opted into auto-renew, Razorpay retries failed charges for 7 days before moving you to Free; your webhooks and settings stay intact, only the plan limits change.
