Privacy Policy

Last updated 7 October 2026 · Aarohan Enterprises

The short version. Your charts, symbols, watchlists, indicator settings and presets stay in your own browser — Loadout never transmits them. To unlock the paid plan you sign in with an AlertSync account, and that account and your licence are handled by AlertSync’s servers. There is no advertising and no tracking.

What Loadout is

Loadout is a Chrome extension for TradingView, and a product of AlertSync (Aarohan Enterprises). It uses your AlertSync account for sign-in, your licence and payment, so this policy covers both the extension and the Loadout parts of AlertSync’s service.

What the extension stores on your machine

In your browser’s own extension storage (chrome.storage.local):

  • Your presets — the name you gave each one, the indicator input values it holds, and the symbol and timeframe you saved it on.
  • Your sign-in — the tokens from signing in to AlertSync, so you stay signed in between sessions.
  • A cached copy of your licence — whether your Loadout plan is active and when it ends, so the extension keeps working briefly if the network drops.

Your presets never leave your browser — they are not synced or backed up by us. Uninstalling the extension deletes everything above; export your presets first if you want to keep them.

What AlertSync stores for you

Because the paid plan needs an account, AlertSync holds, on its servers:

  • Your account — your email and name, managed by AlertSync’s identity service (Keycloak). If you sign in with Google, Google tells us only your email and name.
  • Your Loadout entitlement — that you hold a Loadout plan and when the current period ends.
  • Payment records — the reference, amount and date of each payment, and the email the processor supplies, for receipts, accounting and support. We do not use it for marketing.

What the extension reads

On tradingview.com chart pages, Loadout reads the list of indicators and strategies you have added and their input settings, and writes settings back when you tell it to. It reads the chart’s symbol and timeframe purely to suggest a preset name. It does not read your account, positions, watchlists or alerts, and it runs on no other website. Chart data is never sent anywhere — the only network calls Loadout makes are to AlertSync to sign you in and to check your licence.

Permissions, and why

  • Access to tradingview.com — to read and set the settings of indicators on your chart. This is the entire feature.
  • Access to alertsync.in and auth.alertsync.in — to sign you in, check whether your Loadout plan is active, and open the checkout page.
  • Storage — to keep your presets, your sign-in and the cached licence on your machine.

Payments

If you buy a plan, the payment is processed by Razorpay (India) or PayPal (elsewhere) through AlertSync. Your card and banking details go directly to them and never touch the extension — we receive only a payment reference and the fact that it succeeded. Their handling of your data is covered by Razorpay’s privacy policy and PayPal’s privacy policy.

Children

Loadout is a tool for traders and is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the date at the top of this page changes with it, and the change is described in the extension’s release notes.
