AlertSync vs a Make.com build

You can buy a ready-made Make.com scenario that pushes TradingView alerts into Telegram. It is a real option with real strengths — and a very different ownership model from a hosted product.

Productized Make.com builds for TradingView → Telegram are sold as fixed-scope packages, with one prominent listing priced at $49, $249 and $499 one-time. You pay once for the build, then you own the scenario: you host it on your own Make.com subscription, you pay Make.com's operations metering, and you maintain it when TradingView or Telegram changes. AlertSync is a hosted service at ₹149/mo (≈$4/mo) with nothing to own or maintain. A build wins when you need bespoke behaviour such as branded chart images; the hosted relay wins on total cost and on never being your problem to fix.

What a Make.com build is

Automation studios package Make.com scenarios as fixed-scope products. The listing that ranks for this query — from Nex Automations, a Make.com certified studio in India — delivers a scenario that formats alerts into templated images, queues messages to respect Telegram rate limits, deduplicates, logs, and works around TradingView's 3-second webhook timeout. Tiers are $49, $249 and $499, with custom builds quoted separately.

Choose a Make.com build if…

You need behaviour no hosted product will give you. Templated, branded chart images in every Telegram message is a genuine differentiator for a paid signals group, and AlertSync sends text and formatted JSON, not rendered images. A build is also right when the alert has to fan into systems nobody has integrated for you, or when you specifically want to own the automation outright rather than rent a service. If you are already a Make.com shop, the marginal cost of one more scenario is low.

Choose AlertSync if…

You want the outcome without the ownership. A $249 build is roughly fourteen months of AlertSync Starter before you have paid Make.com anything for the operations the scenario consumes — and when Telegram changes an API or an edge case appears at 2am, the scenario is yours to debug. AlertSync is a running service: rate limits, retries and delivery are handled on our side, and the failure modes are ours. You can also test the entire flow free before paying, which a fixed-scope build does not let you do.

Trying AlertSync takes two minutes

You do not have to commit to find out. The Free plan needs no card and covers 50 alerts a month, and switching an existing TradingView alert over is a single field: replace the webhook URL and save. Your alert message body, TradingView variables and templates all carry across unchanged, because AlertSync accepts plain text and JSON alike.

Frequently asked questions

Is a one-time Make.com build cheaper than a subscription?

Not usually, once you count everything. The $249 mid tier equals about fourteen months of AlertSync Starter at ₹149/mo, and that is before your own Make.com plan, which is metered by operations and billed separately in USD. A build makes financial sense when you need custom behaviour worth paying for, not as a way to avoid a subscription.

What happens when the automation breaks?

With a build, the scenario is yours — you diagnose it, or you go back to the builder under whatever support terms were agreed. With AlertSync, delivery is our service and our responsibility; rate limiting, retries and Telegram API changes are handled on our side without you being involved.

Can AlertSync send chart images to Telegram?

No. AlertSync forwards your alert text as-is and formats JSON payloads into readable messages, but it does not render charts or generate branded images. If templated images are essential to your signals group, a custom Make.com build genuinely does something we do not.

Do I need to know Make.com to run the finished scenario?

Some familiarity helps. Even a fully delivered scenario lives in your Make.com account, so changing a message format, adding a destination or investigating a failed run means opening the editor. AlertSync's equivalent actions are a checkbox in a form or a /mute command in Telegram.
