Comparison

AlertSync vs TradingConnector

These two products point in opposite directions. TradingConnector takes signals out of Telegram and into MetaTrader. AlertSync takes TradingView alerts into Telegram. If you arrived searching for the second thing, TradingConnector is not the tool.

TradingConnector is an execution bridge: it listens to TradingView alerts and Telegram signals and places the resulting trades inside MetaTrader 4/5 or Interactive Brokers TWS. Telegram is an input to it, not an output — it does not deliver alerts into a Telegram chat. AlertSync does the opposite and only that: it relays a TradingView alert into your Telegram chats, groups and channels. TradingConnector runs $14.99–$299/mo and needs its software installed on the same PC as MetaTrader; AlertSync runs ₹149/mo (≈$4/mo), is fully hosted, and installs nothing.

What TradingConnector is

TradingConnector is a Windows-side bridge for automated execution. It sits next to your MetaTrader terminal, listens for TradingView alerts or Telegram signals, and converts them into live orders with stop-loss, take-profit, pending orders, break-even, trailing stops and dynamic lot sizing. It advertises trade execution inside MetaTrader within one second of TradingView firing the alert.

Choose TradingConnector if…

You want alerts to become trades. TradingConnector is a serious execution bridge with stop-loss, take-profit, pending orders, break-even, trailing stops and dynamic lot sizing, and it can drive several MetaTrader terminals at once — including remote ones on the top tier. AlertSync is not in this category and does not try to be. If your goal is automated order placement in MetaTrader or Interactive Brokers, they are the right tool.

Choose AlertSync if…

You want to read your alerts, not auto-trade them. That is a genuinely different job, and it is the only job AlertSync does. There is nothing to install — no software beside MetaTrader, no PC or VPS that has to stay awake — because the relay is hosted. It costs ₹149/mo (≈$4/mo) against their $14.99/mo entry tier, and the free plan lets you prove the whole flow works before paying anything. Many traders end up wanting both: TradingConnector to execute, AlertSync to notify a group.

Trying AlertSync takes two minutes

You do not have to commit to find out. The Free plan needs no card and covers 50 alerts a month, and switching an existing TradingView alert over is a single field: replace the webhook URL and save. Your alert message body, TradingView variables and templates all carry across unchanged, because AlertSync accepts plain text and JSON alike.

Frequently asked questions

Can TradingConnector send TradingView alerts to Telegram?

No. TradingConnector reads signals from Telegram and from TradingView and executes them as trades in MetaTrader 4/5 or Interactive Brokers TWS. The flow runs into MetaTrader, not into Telegram. If what you need is a TradingView alert arriving as a Telegram message, that is what AlertSync does.

Do I need to keep a computer running for AlertSync?

No. AlertSync is hosted — TradingView calls your webhook URL over the internet and we deliver to Telegram, with nothing running on your side. TradingConnector works differently by necessity: because it drives a MetaTrader terminal, its software must run on the same PC as MetaTrader, so that machine or VPS has to stay on.

Can I use both TradingConnector and AlertSync together?

Yes, and it is a reasonable setup. A single TradingView alert can drive more than one webhook workflow, so you can have TradingConnector place the trade in MetaTrader while AlertSync posts the same signal to your Telegram group. They do not overlap or conflict — one executes, the other notifies.

Which is cheaper?

AlertSync, substantially — but they are priced for different jobs. AlertSync Starter is ₹149/mo (≈$4/mo) and the Business tier tops out at ≈$15/mo. TradingConnector starts at $14.99/mo for a single MetaTrader account and reaches $299/mo for remote multi-account with white-glove support. Prices verified September 2026.
