IFTTT connects consumer apps with small rules called applets. It can be made to reach Telegram, but it was not designed around trading alerts. Here is where each one fits.
IFTTT is a consumer automation service that links apps through applets. Its free plan allows 2 applets with unlimited runs, its Pro plan lists 20 applets at $2.99 a month ($35.88 billed annually), and Pro+ lists unlimited applets at $8.99 a month. It is a general tool for personal automation, not a trading product. AlertSync is a focused TradingView-to-Telegram relay starting at ₹149/mo, with 50 alerts a month on a free plan that renews every month.
IFTTT, short for If This Then That, lets you build applets that run when one service triggers another, covering smart-home devices, social accounts, email and messaging apps. It sells a ladder of Free, Pro and Pro+ plans. Its Webhooks service is listed among the Pro features, and the applet count is the limit that matters most on the free tier.

You want one personal automation layer across your phone, home and social accounts, and the trading alert is a small part of it. IFTTT's Pro plan is one of the lower-priced paid tiers in this group at $2.99 a month, and its catalogue covers consumer devices and apps a trading relay never touches. If you only need a handful of simple rules and want them to cost very little, it is a sensible pick.
The alert is the job. AlertSync is built for TradingView webhooks: a webhook URL, a Telegram destination, a full log of every payload, and trading controls such as mute and status. Its free plan gives 50 alerts a month and renews each month, and it bills Indian customers in INR through cards, UPI and net-banking. A consumer applet tool was not designed around a signal arriving the moment it fires.
You do not have to commit to find out. The Free plan needs no card and covers 50 alerts a month, and switching an existing TradingView alert over is a single field: replace the webhook URL and save. Your alert message body, TradingView variables and templates all carry across unchanged, because AlertSync accepts plain text and JSON alike.

The free tiers are shaped differently: IFTTT caps applets, and AlertSync caps alerts. Prices checked 9 October 2026; check IFTTT's plans page for current rates.
IFTTT lists Webhooks as a Pro feature rather than a free-plan one, and it does not publish a numeric limit for that service. AlertSync's free plan includes one webhook with no card required, so you can test the whole flow before paying anything.
Not that its plans page describes. IFTTT is a general automation service built around applets. AlertSync is built for TradingView alerts specifically: you can mute a noisy webhook from Telegram with /mute, check status with /status, and review every alert in a log kept for 3 to 90 days depending on plan.
Yes. IFTTT suits your other personal automations and AlertSync handles the Telegram signal. The two run independently, so either one can be switched off without affecting the other.
A 33-integration alert-to-execution hub. We are cheaper on the entry tier, and it cannot bill in INR at all.
