TradingView already alerts you, with a popup, an email or a phone notification, and that is all most traders need. The gap appears when the alert has to reach a Telegram group or channel. That is the one job the built-in options do not cover.
TradingView's built-in alerts are included with a TradingView plan and need nothing extra for a popup, an email, a sound or an app notification. Webhook alerts also exist, but they require a paid plan and a receiver on the other end. Native alerts cannot post into a Telegram group or channel by themselves, there is no one-alert-to-many fan-out, and there is no shared delivery log. AlertSync takes the same TradingView alert and posts it into your Telegram chats, groups and channels, starting at ₹149/mo with a free tier. For a solo trader who only needs a popup, native alerts are enough.
TradingView's alerts page lists the delivery options built into the product: Notify on App, Show Pop-up, Send Email to the address on your profile, Send plain text to an alternative email address, Play Sound, and a Webhook URL that sends a POST request to a URL you choose every time the alert fires. Notify on App needs the TradingView mobile app. The page does not list SMS.

TradingView's built-in alerts pricing and features were checked against their public site in September 2026. Third-party pricing changes without notice — confirm current rates on their site before deciding. AlertSync figures come from our own plan limits and are current.
You trade alone and only need the alert on your own screen. A popup, a sound or an email to yourself is already included with your TradingView plan and needs no extra service, no webhook and no bot. If your signals never leave your own desk and you never post to Telegram, a relay is a cost you do not need. Switch on the popup or email in the alert settings and stop there.
Your members need the alert in Telegram. AlertSync posts into a group, channel or private chat, fans one alert out to several destinations counted once, lets members see only your text, and keeps a log of each alert. You can start on the free plan, which gives 50 alerts every month with no card, and move to Starter at ₹149/mo when the group grows. TradingView's native alerts do none of the group work.
You do not have to commit to find out. The Free plan needs no card and covers 50 alerts a month, and switching an existing TradingView alert over is a single field: replace the webhook URL and save. Your alert message body, TradingView variables and templates all carry across unchanged, because AlertSync accepts plain text and JSON alike.
Read the full setup guide →Not natively. The built-in options are a popup, an email, a sound, an app notification and a webhook. A webhook is a POST request to a URL you choose, so reaching Telegram from it needs a relay or a bot in between. AlertSync is that relay.
For webhook alerts, yes. TradingView's own alerts page does not name the plan, and third-party guides place webhook access on paid plans. AlertSync is fed by a webhook, so it needs one too. Check TradingView's pricing page for the plan that includes webhooks.
The popup, sound and in-app notifications stay in TradingView, because AlertSync only adds Telegram delivery. Keep the native alerts switched on for yourself and add AlertSync for the group. Nothing about the native alert changes.
Yes. The Free plan gives 50 alerts every month with no card, and it renews each month rather than expiring. The paid plans start at ₹149/mo for Starter.
